SHIPPING AND HANDLING

*Due to weather disasters or high holiday volume, shipping carriers in certain regions may experience delays due to rerouting. Please allow extra processing time for exceptions and sign up for tracking updates on USPS.com or contact your local carrier for status and service alerts.*

In order to provide our customers with Free Standard U.S. Shipping, all orders are currently shipped via US Postal Service. Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday) out of New Jersey (Saturday, Sunday & Holidays are not considered Business Days). 
If the merchandise you selected is currently not in stock or if we need to confirm availability, you will be contacted via E-mail. Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.
Please be sure to check your spam folder and add our email (Orders@Lcny.com) to your contacts list to be sure you're receiving communications from our team.
 
USPS: US orders should arrive within 1-7 business days of shipping, but may take longer for West Coast/Remote/Mountain/Island areas. Please allow up to an extra 1-5 days during Peak Shipping times (such as Holidays or Special Savings Event periods). 

 

 

Please be sure to confirm your shipping address in your order confirmation email is a valid USPS mailing address for packages to avoid delays, undelivered packages, or packages returned to sender. 
We're unable to make any changes once shipments are already consigned to carriers. We will not refund undelivered packages due to incorrectly entered addresses or missing information (Apt/Fl/Box# etc).  For orders to Puerto Rico, please be sure to include the Urbanization Zone for your mailing address. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

**NOTE: USPS HAS RESUMED INTL FIRST CLASS SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND**

We ship to Canada as well as outside of the United States via US Postal Service First Class International Service (as long as there are no postal delivery suspensions).  Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on weight and volume of your order.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you place multiple orders within 48 hours to the same shipping address, the system may consolidate your orders together into one shipment.  Please call 1-888-452-2372 with your order numbers AND email orders@Lcny.com ASAP if you require orders with the same shipping address to be shipped separately.
Please track your package with your local post office for the most accurate information.  USPS will not have an update if the shipment has arrived in the destination country and shows in transit. We will not have updated information until the destination country updates their system regarding deliveries, and some packages may be held at the post office for pickup until customs fees are paid. 
We are not responsible for any Customs delays or any additional Customs fees that may be required, nor for any packages that are undeliverable due to service suspensions in your country.  
International Packages with invalid addresses that are returned to our warehouse will require additional shipping charges before it is re-shipped to you.  You must notify customer service with a valid postal address for reshipments. 
International shipments that are Return to Sender will automatically be canceled and refunded if we don't hear from you. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and a 20% Restocking Fee deduction will be applied to the final refund amount on undeliverable packages.

RETURN POLICY

La Cera offers our shopLacera.com customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases made directly on our website. If you have an issue with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. Please follow our return procedures below so that your refund, exchange, or credit will be as seamless as possible.

Except as specifically noted, returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase when products are in new condition and are unworn, with original tags attached and packaging materials included. Please be careful when trying on, as we cannot accept returns of garments damaged by make-up, stains, or heavy odors. A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number is required for ALL  return processing. 

La Cera will not refund the shipping charges, if applicable, and will not be responsible for the freight on returns.  A 10% restocking fee may be applied to refunds for items not in resalable condition or on items received at our warehouse "Return to Sender".

For items that were not purchased directly on our ShopLacera.com website, please refer to the place of purchase or your order confirmation email for their return/exchange policies.  We cannot provide return authorizations for items without proof of purchase on our website directly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 RETURN PROCESS:

 

For Returns/Refunds: 

To return a product based our replacement/return policy, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the 30-Day return period. You can receive an RMA and instructions by emailing Customer Service at Help@Lcny.com with your Order number and the item's SKU number/name and size (found in your confirmation email or packing slip). We cannot accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number in our system.

Please do not ship your order back without an RMA number from us, as your refund will not be processed. 

Once issued, returns must be postmarked within 15 days of being issued your RMA number in order for your return to processed.  Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to expedite sorting and processing upon receipt of your return.

After receipt of the return, your refund can take up to 14 business days to process.  To expedite processing, you will not receive an email that your return has been received.  Be sure to track your package, and check your spam folder for refund/exchange notification emails if you still have not heard from us after 14 business days.

For orders not purchased directly on our website shopLacera.com, please refer to the place of purchase for their return/exchange policies, check your order confirmation email, or contact their customer service departments.  We cannot provide return authorizations for items without proof of purchase on our website directly.  FOR EXCHANGES: 

For an even exchange of a product in another color or size, please follow the "Returns/Refunds" instructions above to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include the SKU number/Color/Size you need to expedite processing. We are unable to process exchanges for different products or differently priced items.

Please note quantities are limited and may not be available due to delayed shipping or processing times.  After receipt of the return, your exchange can take up to 14 business days to process.  To expedite processing, you will not receive an email that your return has been received. 

If your selected style is not available for exchange upon receipt of your return, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued.  We will make every effort to complete your exchange as requested.  Be sure to track your package, and check your spam folder for exchange/refund or credit notification emails if you still have not heard from us after 14 business days.

La Cera will not cover the shipping costs for the item you are returning for exchange, and we cannot guarantee inventory until your return is processed.  

To guarantee that inventory of the requested item is still in stock, we strongly advise that you follow the Return instructions above for a return for refund instead, and place a new order for your new requested size/color while it's still available.

Please keep a copy of your tracking number, if applicable, as La Cera is not responsible for lost return packages.  We recommend insuring the package for the value of the product as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges until we receive your package.

 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us ASAP at Help@Lcny.com (with a photo if possible) within 10 days of delivery date for an expedited return authorization

 

At this time we are only able to provide return authorizations for items directly purchased on our website with proof of purchase.  For orders that were not purchased directly on our site, please refer to the place of purchase for their return/exchange policies, and contact their respective customer service departments for more options.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

CONDITIONS: The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to La Cera. The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in resalable condition, and will include the original packaging material and tags attached. An additional 10% restocking fee may be applied to refunds for items not returned in resalable condition or "Returned to Sender".
